I bought up in an orthodox Brahmins family where whole family is in art (Dance and Music) background. At the age of four, I started learning dance and music from my Mother; she is my first guru for dance and music. My father is also a poet and participated in Kavi sammelan (Poet Gathering) which was conducted by Karnataka govt. in India. My father is accolade with many awards for his talent.
During my school days my teacher encouraged in dance and music and also encouraged to give performance on dance at school for various cultural events which started my keen interest in the dance and music.
While pursing my engineering degree for computers simultaneously started Bhartyanatyam and Music (Vocal, Venna) from Potti SriRamulu University completed my Dance and Music Diploma. Due to my interest in various fields, I appeared for Civils services and qualified for preliminary in civils exams, passed in Hindi Pandit exam, graduated in BA from Open University and finished my engineering degree started working in MNC.
When I joined in S.T.DANCE AND MUSIC College at Hyderabad, India my guru Smt. Vijaya Durga Garu and Smt. Vijayalakshmi Garu trained me well in Bharatanatyam and Kuchipudi dances and created more interest towards dance. While learning dance from my guru, as per my guru instructions, started my first summer camp at Hyderabad and latter continued with regular classes for my students, which became my passion then my journey started in dance and music from the blessings from my guru’s.
Lot of students from my NATYAVANI INSTITUTE OF DANCE AND MUSIC participated in various competition and cultural events also won many accolades in medals and awards.
